Apparel or Fashion Industry Capability Map?
Apparel Entrepreneurship discusses competencies/roles which is really valuable. However, to gain a full view on running an apparel business I was wondering if anyone has come across a business capability map for the apparel (or fashion) industry?
I would use such to develop my business and bring clarity to all stakeholders on our strengths and weaknesses from an operations/capability point-of-view and of course as means to have our priorities in order. And to make informed decisions and visualise what to keep in-house, what to source externally.

Hi Peter. Your question is really really good. As you mention we are touching on this topic, but after seeing your example we have started to work on a capability map for apparel entrepreneurs. It’s in the works and will be finished in a week or so😊
